Create a timely record of important meetings and agendas by maintaining the company calendar.
Answer telephone calls and provide information to callers.
Schedule appointments and make follow up calls to customers to remind them of their appointments.
Handle appointment cancellation and shifting duties.
Skills
Proven work experience as a Front Desk Receptionist at a beauty salon, bio-clinic, cosmetic clinic, or Wellness Center is highly preferred.
An enthusiastic professional with an ability to perform multiple tasks after analyzing various company parameters.
As this is a client-facing role, we require candidates to maintain a professional appearance in line with company standards professional appearance and grooming.
