  • Maintain professional etiquette to welcome visitors and guide them as per requirement.
  • Assist the company's staff with activities like scheduling appointments, ordering supplies, typing, faxing, and other admin tasks.
  • Maintain fluent communication by conveying important messages arriving through phone calls to the respective staff member.
  • Maintain a systematic record of the company calendar, including up-to-date data on upcoming events and meetings.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and visitors by supplying clear and concise details about the organization.
  • Stay prompt in conducting all the essential tasks and responsibilities expected from a corporate receptionist.
  • Fluent in English and flexible in time shifting
  • Meet and greet visitors and walk-in customers appropriately
  • Determine visitor needs in a professional manner
  • As you are the first point of customer contact in the organization you need to provide a fast and high-quality efficient service.
