Job Summary:
The Front Office - Front Desk Manager is responsible for overseeing all front desk operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing a team of front office staff, and maintaining a professional and organized front desk area.

Job Responsibility:
- Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service delivery
- Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain and update records, information, and databases accurately
- Implement policies and procedures to enhance front office efficiency
- Manage inventory and supplies for the front desk area

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Customer-focused approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
