Job Description:
- Welcome the new students and fully answer their questions
- Run the assigned classes and help the students.
- Answer phone calls and keep records
- Informing students of the course start dates and weekly updates
- Answer student questions regarding events and courses prices and content
- Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- report the tasks and feedback to his direct manager daily
- very good selling skills with clients and persuasion skills
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from any university
- Experience +2 years in customer care or sales fields is a must
- Very good English
- Good in Microsoft Office Program
- Multi-Task, Able to Work Under Pressure
- Working hours on a shift basis 1 day off rotational
- Age from 26-32
