Job Description:
 



  • Welcome the new students and fully answer their questions
  • Run the assigned classes and help the students.
  • Answer phone calls and keep records
  • Informing students of the course start dates and weekly updates
  • Answer student questions regarding events and courses prices and content
  • Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • report the tasks and feedback to his direct manager daily 
  • very good selling skills with clients and persuasion skills

 

Job Requirements:

 



  • Bachelor's Degree from any university
  • Experience +2 years in customer care or sales fields is a must
  • Very good English
  • Good in Microsoft Office Program
  • Multi-Task, Able to Work Under Pressure
  • Working hours on a shift basis 1 day off rotational
  • Age from 26-32
  • expressive behavior
  • time management, problem-solving
