Your day to day
Provide a wide range of professional spa treatments, including massages, facials, body scrubs, and wraps, ensuring guest satisfaction. Conduct consultations with guests to determine their needs and recommend appropriate treatments. Maintain the highest level of hygiene and cleanliness in treatment rooms and spa facilities. Ensure all spa equipment and treatment areas are well-maintained and prepared before each session. Promote spa services and products, upselling treatments and retail items when appropriate. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe and clean environment. Deliver excellent customer service, creating a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for guests. Assist in scheduling appointments and managing bookings efficiently. Stay updated on industry trends, new treatments, and wellness practices. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and courteously. Work collaboratively with the spa team to achieve sales targets and enhance guest experiences. Follow company policies, procedures, and standard operating protocols.
What we need from you
Certification or diploma in spa therapy, massage therapy, or a related field. Previous experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury hotel or wellness center is preferred. Strong knowledge of various massage techniques, skincare, and body treatments. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor. Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. A team player with a passion for wellness and guest satisfaction.
