Job DescriptionAs an FP&A Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the FP&A team of the MEA Business, supporting key business decisions with data-driven insights. You will be responsible for financial reporting, variance analysis, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and financial accuracy. This role will require collaboration with finance and cross-functional teams to drive financial visibility and support the company’s growth objectives.
Please note: This is a contractual role for a period of 1 year with potential for renewal based on performance and business needs.
What You'll Do:
Financial Reporting & Analysis & month-end closing
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of all the financial & management reports for month-end close and commitment cycle.
- Conduct variance analysis, identify key trends, risks, and opportunities in financial performance to enhance financial visibility.
Forecasting & Budgeting
- Build and share standardized templates to consolidate data for the budgeting cycles.
- Work with key partners to gather timely and accurate information.
Operational Improvement & Standardization
- Support finance transformation initiatives, including automation and process simplification.
- Help drive standardization efforts in financial reporting across different regions.
- Assist in improvements in execution for data consolidation.
Business Partnering & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with commercial, supply chain, and Egypt teams to provide actionable insights.
- Support the extended finance team in providing operational insights to improve business performance.
- Partner with key customers to develop and track KPIs, ensuring accountability for financial results.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in finance, preferably within FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to distill complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead multiple priorities simultaneously
- Entrepreneurial attitude with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
