we are hiring foreman with good experience in waterproofing, epoxy & concrete repair.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervision & Coordination:
Oversee daily site operations and ensure all tasks are performed as per schedule.
Assign work to laborers and subcontractors, ensuring adequate workforce for project needs.
Coordinate with project managers and engineers to understand project specifications and timelines.
Quality Control:
Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with project standards and local building regulations.
Monitor construction quality and ensure work is done in line with project requirements.
Safety & Compliance:
Ensure all site workers follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
Conduct regular safety briefings and site inspections.
Report any accidents or safety incidents immediately to the management.
Materials & Equipment:
Ensure materials are available as needed and report shortages to the procurement team.
Oversee the proper use and maintenance of equipment and tools on site.
Labor Management:
Manage laborers' attendance, ensure daily work targets are achieved, and handle any disputes or grievances.
Identify and report on-site workers performing exceptionally or below standards to the HR team for reward or disciplinary actions.
Reporting:
Maintain daily logs of work progress, site conditions, and any issues that arise.
Provide regular updates to the project manager and escalate any potential delays or risks.
Problem Solving:
Address any issues related to delays, design deviations, or resource shortages promptly.
Liaise with architects, engineers, and management to resolve technical problems.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Soft Skills:
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
