Proven experience in a food service management role, preferably in an educational institution (3-5 years).
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in menu planning and inventory management.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Certification in food safety (e.g., ServSafe) is preferred.
