Job Requirements:

  • Check the daily schedule for arrival/departure flights in order to make arrangements for the day.
  • Be present at the Bell desk/Reception and be ready to assist guests, colleagues and visitors when requested.
  • Respond to guest requests and queries providing a knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful information service.
  • Ensure that the service is at all times performed in a professional manner and to the style as specified by the Supervisor / Manager.
  • Be aware of all services, food and beverages offered in the terminal.
  • Perform all tasks such as displays, cleaning, setting and other general service requirements.
  • Maintain food and beverage stocks, and miscellaneous supplies and notify management of low stocks for reorder.
  • Ensure that stations are clean and clear throughout the service.
  • Report all comments/complaints/problems to the supervisor and fill incident reports to detail out any issues/observations.
  • Assist other team members on duty with his/her duties during busy periods and breaks.
  • Complete any other duties assigned by Line Manager.
