Job Description
  • To deal efficiently and politely with all telephone, email, internet, "in person" and Anantara App enquiries


  • To ensure that all reservations are recorded with full and clear information and placed in the system promptly


  • Upselling private dinner and restaurant offer


  • To create daily floor sheet detailing reservations


  • To have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the operations including all F&B menus to ensure promptness customer enquiry response


  • Lias all F&B related operations to all Restaurant Managers and/or F&B Manager for any changes, challenges and special events



Qualifications
  • At least 1 year experience in the same role in a luxury resort or hotel
  • Passion for leadership and teamwork
  • Eye for details to achieve operational excellence
  • Excellent guest service and upselling skills
  • Great communication skills

Additional Information

To be able to relocate to remote resort location.
