Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and professional Host/Hostess to join our Food & Beverage team. The Host/Hostess will welcome guests, seat them at their tables, and ensure a smooth dining experience for all customers.
Job Responsibility:
- Welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Seat guests at appropriate tables and provide them with menus
- Ensure the dining area is clean and organized
- Take reservations over the phone and in-person
- Collaborate with the serving staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Assist in preparing and setting up the dining area for service
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and procedures
