REPORTING TO: FOOD AND BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR
KEY OBJECTIVES OF POSITION A dynamic and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendant should be self-motivated and highly self-disciplined. Should have a natural ability to work on your own and also within a team environment and will be able to multi-task, and be well organized in this busy hands on role.
MAIN DUTIES
– Ensure all customers are provided with outstanding service
– Ensure kitchen is opened and closed according to policy
– Responsible for ordering supplies, and inventory control
– Responsible for food hygiene, and health and safety issues
– Responsible to assist in menu planning, development and meal specials
– Ensure all kitchens and eating areas are organized and maintain a high level of cleanliness
– Adhere to all government guidelines for proper and safe food and beverage service
– Other duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage Supervisor

Behaves in line with the Code of Conduct Policy.
Ensures attendance in accordance with the duty schedule.
Acts in line with Health, Safety & Fire procedures.
Adheres to the applicable company policies and procedures.
Adheres & follows Standard Operation Procedure as set by Company
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
– Experience (at least 1 year) in food and beverage / Hospitality Field – Experience in POS system is preferred – The confidence to show exceptional abilities – Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
A desire to excel and develop your food and beverage career – Impeccable presentation and grooming – Flexibility in available hours – Very good level of English
GENERAL
Hours and Schedule of work – Nine (9) hours including break, shifting and changing according to
Daily needs on a Rota basis. Six (6) days a week, One (1) day weekday off
