About Dubai Foundation for Women and Children:


   The Dubai Foundation for Women and Children is the first authorized non-profit shelter and humanitarian care in the United Arab Emirates to care for women and children who are victims of domestic violence, child abuse, and victims of human trafficking. It was established in late 2007 in order to provide victims with immediate shelter, protection and support services, in accordance with international human rights conventions.



    Organize & coordinate appointments, meetings & events    Prepare schedules for meetings & ensure attendance of required participants    Ensure all relevant documentation for meetings & appointments is prepared in advance     Transcribe drafts & revise correspondence, agendas, memos, minutes & policies    Assist in the completion of various forms, notices, press releases & any other communications     Assist with budget planning & cost management    Attend to phone calls, enquiries & client requests     Manage incoming emails, fax & posts for the Director General     Provide inputs for the establishment, revision & maintenance of foundation procedures & policies


§A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration, languages, international relations.


Minimum two years’ experience as an executive secretary to a high level
