FM Transition Manager

As an FM Transition Manager, you will play a critical role in managing the transition and implementation of FM services to new facilities.

• Lead the transition and implementation of FM services to new facilities
• Develop and implement transition plans, ensuring that all phases of the transition are executed smoothly
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and client representatives to ensure a seamless transition process
• Conduct site assessments to identify FM requirements and develop customized solutions
• Manage the recruitment and training of FM staff, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Monitor and evaluate FM services to ensure compliance with established standards and performance metrics
• Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management and clients
