Role : FM Admin & Quality Control
Location : Across UAE
Role Purpose:
FM Admin support and Quality Control of the FM Services throughout ADIB.
Key Accountabilities of the role
- Responsible for the quality control of ADIB’s FM services.
- Responsible for enhancing the ADIB FM helpdesk and services to ensure maximum internal customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for tracking main activities of the FM services providers of ADIB.
- Responsible for supporting the FM team in managing building and equipment maintenance schedules, and testing building systems.
- Represent the Facilities Department in inter-departmental meetings to support and facilitate.
- Communication and action between departments on all FM related issues.
- Coordinate all Facilities Activities, work direction, and support systems.
- Provide administrative support to the Central Facilities team.
- Entering system data and providing the overall system administration.
- Coordinate service requests with Facility Management and/or external vendors.
- Ensure all equipment is operational; coordinate repairs as required.
- Investigate equipment upgrade alternatives and offer suggestions to management.
- Provide back up for Corporate Facility Manager to resolve or coordinate resolution for all facilities requests.
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:
- Knowledge of FM systems (Concept Evolution / CAFM System…)
