Job Description

Job Description:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of floor staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor the cleanliness and ambiance of the venue, ensuring it aligns with the concept.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests efficiently.
  • Assist in staff training and performance evaluations to maintain service standards. 


Skills

Position Title:             Floor Manager 

Employment Type:     Full Time

Salary:                       up to 13K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus tips 

Benefits:                    As per UAE labour law
