We’re looking for
Fleet Strategy Lead in Dubaiand the main job function is to Ensure that our regions have the right fleet to generate revenue and meet operational needs, through strategic planning, capital expenditure and fleet transfers
Position will be based in UAE

What you’ll do:
Build & maintain long term fleet planning models
Work closely with regional fleet teams & build S&OP plans to deliver revenue & operational targets
Fleet optimization
Reporting on key fleet movements & trends
Continuous improvement
Cross department collaboration & stakeholder engagement
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
Experience in building long-term forecasting models and strategic planning
Strong communication & collaboration skills, with experience working across multiple departments
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, monitor KPIs and make data-driven decisions.
Experience in fleet/demand planning would be preferable.
Leadership & initiative
