Job Description

Job Summary

Coordinate and Liaison with Car leasing agency & B.U marketing team for ensuring artwork design/approved for branding.




Roles & Responsibilities
  • New Vehicle Request & arrangements
  • Replacement of Contract expired Vehicles
  • Fuel Card management and arrangements
  • 95% car availability for operational activity at given time.
  • Servicing & Maintenance of cars in cases of owned
  • TAT of leasing agency car taken for Service, Repairs, Accident or Branding.
  • Branding approval from categories, allocation, process, implementation and payments
  • Fleet Master Data management – Car change records, expiry records, map under users and channels against branding.
  • Arranging category wise  quota for upcoming allocation – against plans and existing deadlines /Availability of category artworks with Branding Agency to be used for vehicle branding
     


KPIs
  • Maximum focus of quality branding of All sales cars, Buses & Trailers of Intergulf
  • Minimizing cost by effective management of fleet & negotiation with agencies for Branding


Work experience requirement

2-3 years of Transportation/Logistics/Customer service experience
