Job Summary
Coordinate and Liaison with Car leasing agency & B.U marketing team for ensuring artwork design/approved for branding.
Roles & Responsibilities
- New Vehicle Request & arrangements
- Replacement of Contract expired Vehicles
- Fuel Card management and arrangements
- 95% car availability for operational activity at given time.
- Servicing & Maintenance of cars in cases of owned
- TAT of leasing agency car taken for Service, Repairs, Accident or Branding.
- Branding approval from categories, allocation, process, implementation and payments
- Fleet Master Data management – Car change records, expiry records, map under users and channels against branding.
- Arranging category wise quota for upcoming allocation – against plans and existing deadlines /Availability of category artworks with Branding Agency to be used for vehicle branding
KPIs
- Maximum focus of quality branding of All sales cars, Buses & Trailers of Intergulf
- Minimizing cost by effective management of fleet & negotiation with agencies for Branding
Work experience requirement
2-3 years of Transportation/Logistics/Customer service experience
