Job Summary Coordinate and Liaison with Car leasing agency & B.U marketing team for ensuring artwork design/approved for branding.
Roles & Responsibilities
New Vehicle Request & arrangements
Replacement of Contract expired Vehicles
Fuel Card management and arrangements
95% car availability for operational activity at given time.
Servicing & Maintenance of cars in cases of owned
TAT of leasing agency car taken for Service, Repairs, Accident or Branding.
Branding approval from categories, allocation, process, implementation and payments
Fleet Master Data management – Car change records, expiry records, map under users and channels against branding.
Arranging category wise quota for upcoming allocation – against plans and existing deadlines /Availability of category artworks with Branding Agency to be used for vehicle branding
KPIs
Maximum focus of quality branding of All sales cars, Buses & Trailers of Intergulf
Minimizing cost by effective management of fleet & negotiation with agencies for Branding
Work experience requirement 2-3 years of Transportation/Logistics/Customer service experience
