Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


- At least 3 years of fleet-related experience in UAE.

- Valid UAE Driving License

- Good English-speaking skills

- Have a good working knowledge of Excel

- Motivated and Hardworking

- Undertake regular rounds of the camp, daily review of the Occurrence book and take appropriate action where required while ensuring employees follow all rules and regulations



Skills

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or camp accommodation operations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Willingness to work in remote locations and adapt to changing environments.
  • Proficient in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of local regulations related to transportation and accommodation services.
