We are seeking an experienced Fitter-Mechanic with a background in paper manufacturing and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machinery, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct routine mechanical maintenance and repairs on all equipment.
* Overhaul and maintain machinery according to the maintenance checklist.
* Perform troubleshooting to identify and resolve equipment issues promptly.
* Conduct preventive maintenance on all machinery and equipment.
* Collaborate with other mechanics on machine setup and manage breakdowns.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the paper manufacturing industry.
* Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in mechanical maintenance.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well within a team.
