What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Fitness Instructor in a Luxury Hospitality environment or High-End fitness facility is preferred.
  
• Personal Trainer Certification or Group Fitness Instructor Qualification, from a recognised institution (ACE, NASM, ACSM or similar).
  
• Strong familiarity with and understanding of various Fitness Disciplines with an ability to Motivate and Inspire guests.
  
• Comprehensive understanding of Health and Safety Regulations, Safety Standards, and Best Practices in Gym Operations.
  
• Remarkable Time Management and Multi-Tasking skills to deliver a ‘FIVE-Star’ Experience for our Guests, even under pressure.
  
• Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (Additional languages such as Arabic and/or Russian are a Plus).
  
• A Welcoming and Enthusiastic Energy that sets the tone for a Sensational Guest Experience.
  
• A professional, Insta-Worthy Appearance, always adhering to FIVE’s Grooming Standards and maintaining a polished, ‘FIVE-Styled’ demeanour.
  
• Creative Solutions and takes Ownership of all duties and tasks assigned, while ensuring an unparalleled Journey at FIVE.

Key Responsibilities

• Crafts bespoke Fitness Programmes tailored to individual Guest needs, taking into account their Fitness levels, goals, and Unique requirements, for a truly Personalised Experience.
  
• Delivers One-On-One Personal Training Sessions, offering Expert guidance on exercise techniques, nutrition, and holistic wellness to help Guests achieve their fitness Aspirations.
  
• Engages with Guests to uncover their Fitness Goals, provides next-level Support and Encouragement, and creates a ‘FIVE-Styled’ Experience.
  
• Participates in and contributes to Special events, workshops, and wellness retreats.
  
• Leads exhilarating Group Fitness Classes such as yoga, Pilates, spinning, and HIIT, ensuring a Safe and Enjoyable ‘Vibe at FIVE’ for all participants.
  
• Keeps Meticulous Records of Guest interactions, fitness programmes, and class attendance, assisting with Scheduling to ensure seamless operations.
  
• Maintains the Pristine cleanliness and Exceptional functionality of fitness equipment and facilities, promptly reporting any issues to the Wellness Manager to uphold our Premium standards.
  
• Ensures all fitness activities adhere to Health and Safety Regulations, informing guests about Safe equipment usage and enhancing their overall well-being.
  
• Stays at the Forefront of Fitness trends, techniques, and equipment, ensuring FIVE remains a Leader in innovative and boundary-breaking fitness offerings.
  
• Collaborates closely with the Spa and Wellness Departments, integrating fitness with other luxury wellness services to Deliver a comprehensive Health Experience.
