Firestop Sales Specialist (Future Opportunities) We are on a growth course and are expanding our team! At Hilti Emirates, are looking for a Firestop Sales Specialist that will as the go-to contact for our customers, embodying our purpose to make construction better.
You will be responsible for building a high level of contact in the UAE. Through this you will create sustainable business relationships with decision-makers and present the Hilti value proposition and differentiation to secure business.

As a Firestop Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing accounts with key strategies and action plans. You will steer the sales and business development activities, defining and driving the actions which will lead to the development of the UAE market share. You will also identify business opportunities to allow for local application to secure profitable growth in the various product lines, while expanding the buying customer platform.

What you need is:



A Bachelor’s degree. Having an Engineering degree / Masters / MBA is an advantage. 2-5 years of experience in the construction field Previous experience in passive fire protection is a plus Strong communication skills with fluency in English (verbal and written). Hindi/ Malayalam is a plus. Senior relationship management skills to be capable and confident while speaking to senior and C-level customers Long-term strategic thinking to explain and transmit the targets & strategy to customers, peers and management Experience working in a commercial sales role in UAE market, with proven success in selling value adding solutions to contractors and end users. Structured approach and time management capabilities Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders Self-driven and ability to work autonomously Valid UAE Driver’s License Based in Dubai, or willing to relocate or commute to Dubai
