Job Summary: As a Fire and Safety Technician at AI One Fire and Safety LLC, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the proper installation, maintenance, and repair of fire protection and safety systems. This position requires a skilled and detail-oriented individual with a strong technical background in fire safety equipment and systems. The successful candidate will contribute to the safety and security of our clients by performing hands-on tasks related to fire protection systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and Maintenance:
- Install, inspect, test, and maintain various fire safety systems, including fire alarms, fire fighting, extinguishers, sprinklers, and emergency lighting.
- Ensure compliance with local and national fire safety codes and regulations.
- Troubleshooting and Repairs:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with fire safety equipment and systems.
- Perform necessary repairs and replacements to ensure optimal functionality.
- Inspections and Testing:
- Conduct routine inspections of fire protection systems and equipment.
- Perform testing and calibration to verify the proper operation of devices.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Provide detailed reports to clients regarding the status of their fire safety systems.
- Customer Interaction:
- Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide education and guidance on fire safety best practices.
