Position Title:               Financial Planning & Analysis ManagerEmployment Type:       Full Time Salary:                           up to 18K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsBenefits:                       as per UAE labor lawJob Location:               Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: A leading UAE firm driving urban development through investments in real estate, hospitality, leisure & retail and transportation.Job Description:Drive the development and implementation of financial models, analyses, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making and provide actionable insights.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze and present key financial data, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Oversee the budgeting process, monitor performance against targets and identify opportunities for cost optimization and resource allocation.Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting trends, variances and recommendations for improvement.

Skills

Qualifications:Male, 45 years old and belowBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting and analysis with at least 3 years in a similar role.Strong proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting and analytical tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems )
