Financial Controller - for a 4 Star Luxurious Hotel

Apt Resources is now looking for a skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join a prestigious 4-star Luxury Hotel in Dubai. As a Financial Controller, you will manage all financial aspects of the property, including preparing and analyzing financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and overseeing cost control and revenue management. You will ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain strong internal controls. As Financial Controller, you will work closely with senior management to provide financial insights and recommendations that drive the hotel's profitability and growth. Additionally, you will handle financial planning and analysis, manage inventory and assets, collaborate with other departments to align financial goals, ensure tax compliance, and identify opportunities to enhance financial systems and processes.

• • Oversee the financial operations of the hotel, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and analysis for senior management
