About the Role
To oversee and manage the resort's financial operations, ensure the completeness and accuracy of all financial information, ensure the internal control systems are implemented and maintained for operational efficiency and to safeguard the assets of the company, ensure the division supports the operations and take all reasonable steps to assist the bottom line.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree, with an MBA and/or professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or CA being a plus. They should have strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of business and financial analysis, along with technical knowledge of business planning processes. The candidate must be able to manage demanding deadlines efficiently and demonstrate excellent research abilities. Additionally, strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to think creatively, interact across all levels of the organization, and collaborate effectively are essential.
