Job Description

As a Financial Analyst, you will Finance partnering across Gulf markets by working closely with commercials, providing strong & meaningful analysis to support business decisions. The role will support FBP & management with timely analysis & reports. You will also be responsible to work with country manager and marketeers to support commercial objectives. 


This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Preparing on a monthly basis management reporting pack by market & department for communication to commercial team. 
  • Monthly performance meetings with Commercial team to review YTD performance and agree YTG action 
  • Analysing commercial schemes, supporting commercial team to channel investment to bring optimum results. 
  • Analysing product P&L and helping marketeers and pricing team with provision of alternate P&L scenarios for price approvals and product launch. 
  • Supporting FD and FBP with adhoc analysis required by evaluating its financial feasibility 
  • Supporting marketeers with management of A&P budget in GOV forms / SAP and providing relevant reports to help their decisions 
  • Preparing S,G&A budget, tracking it on monthly basis, raising red flags if any, and identifying cost saving opportunities 
  • Support shared service team in analysis of actual S,G&A and headcount  
  • Perform monthly management monitoring review for all payments ensuring compliance as per SOP 
  • Responsible in monthly closing primarily related to Gross to Net transactions, works closely with financial controlling team in ensuring proper accrual and provisions are captured monthly.  

Accountability:


  • Ensuring deliveries of the objectives/monthly tasks as per agreed timelines. 
  • Ensure compliance of the local SOPs, where applicable. 
  • Timely delivery of projects.

  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

  • Ability to work under pressure  
  • Sense of urgency

Basic Qualifications:


We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:


  • Qualification: CIMA/ACCA/CA having at least 3-5 years’ experience. 
  • Strong analytical skills, communication skills & stakeholder management skills 
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel, Power Point & presentation skills 
  • ERP Experience (SAP will help).
