What you'll be doing
Financial Planning & Analysis:
Develop financial strategic plans, including long-term/annual/quarterly budgets. Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on budget performance. Measure and forecast marketing activities' financial impact.
Business Insights & Support:
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to analyze market trends and performance. Support financial planning for promotions, product launches, and store openings. Conduct financial viability studies and ensure optimal budget allocation.
Cash Flow & Reporting:
Analyze cash flow trends and recommend corrective actions. Prepare monthly financial reports, dashboards, and business unit consolidations. Present financial insights to senior management using visual reports. Internal Controls & Compliance Monitor internal rate of return (IRR) for new projects and products.
What you’ll need to succeed
Behavioral Competencies:

Technical Competencies:
Strong business acumen and strategic financial planning skills. Knowledge in financial analysis, forecasting, and decision-making. Experience in financial modeling, reporting, and business analytics is a plus.
