Job Description

Position Title:             Finance Supervisor - GL & Cash ManagementEmployment Type:     Full Time Salary:                        up to 18K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsBenefits:                       as per UAE Labor Law Job Location:             Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: A leading UAE firm driving urban development through investments in real estate, hospitality, leisure & retail and transportation.           Job Description:Ensure timely, monthly account closures, review trial balances, prepare GL schedules and variance analysis, manage intercompany loan balances, investments and bank reconciliations and oversee MIS reporting and budget uploads.Develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and five-year financial plans while monitoring overhead costs and investment performance to support strategic objectives.Monitor and control cash flow, forecast financial needs, safeguard cash assets, establish banking relationships and prepare comprehensive treasury reports, including cash projections and credit reviews.Lead and motivate a team of accountants, liaise with internal departments to ensure efficient workflows and implement cash movement policies and controls to maintain financial stability.

Skills

Qualifications:Male, 45 years old and belowBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CMA certification preferred)Proven experience in general ledger management and cash flow operations.Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, cash management practices and internal controls.At least 3 years of experience in similar role.
