In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations and activities within an organization. You will supervise a team of finance and accounting professionals, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial transactions, reports, and processes.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of finance and accounting staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure efficient team performance.
- Allocate and monitor workloads, ensuring that financial tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Oversee the preparation and review of accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Lead the budgeting process, working with department heads and senior management to create comprehensive annual budgets.
- Supervise and assist in financial forecasting, ensuring projections align with business objectives and market conditions.
- Oversee cash flow management, ensuring the company has sufficient liquidity to meet operational and financial obligations.
- Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and procedures to prevent errors, fraud, and mismanagement of funds.
- Supervise the preparation and timely filing of tax returns, ensuring that all taxes are paid on time and in compliance with local, state, and federal tax laws.
- Monitor company expenses to ensure that spending aligns with the approved budget and financial goals.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to senior management and department heads, supporting business decisions and strategic planning.
- Oversee the maintenance and use of financial management software, ensuring systems are up-to-date, effective, and optimized for performance.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Education & Qualifications:
- CPA Certified, CMA, CFA is preferred
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate development
- Experience in implementing and improving financial controls, processes, and internal procedures.
- Strong understanding of Dubai real estate regulations, including DLD and OQOOD processes.
