Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial-minded Undergraduate/MSc summer intern to join our Strategy & Finance team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of fintech while working closely with experienced professionals on strategic initiatives that drive our company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in conducting research, collecting data, and performing analysis to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
Contribute to the development and implementation of operational processes, and performance metrics to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
Support cross-functional projects and initiatives, working closely with teams across the organization to drive alignment and execution.
Engage with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather insights, solicit feedback, and foster collaborative relationships.
Assist with controlling activities by monitoring actual financial performance, comparing outcomes to budget, and supporting variance analysis for informed financial planning decisions.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in an Undergraduate / MSc program, pursuing a degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw meaningful insights, and present findings effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive mindset, with a willingness to take initiative and drive projects forward.
Passion for fintech and a keen interest in exploring the intersection of technology, finance, and innovation.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment, with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
