Role responsibilities:

Act as finance lead for Middle East, Turkey And Africa region. Drive process optimization, standardization and automation across region to help achieve financials goals and drive strategic longer term objectives. Fully own monthly forecast, annual planning cycle and long-range plan preparation for META region and prepare regular business updates towards WHQ. Implement best in class EBIT culture, through continuous margin improvement actions and SG&A / other cost reduction activities in line with Plan. Be a close business partner to the META General Manager and CFO EMEA ANZ. Take the lead in transforming business post acquisition.

Role purpose:

BU (MENA) Finance Business Partner. High-paced career development opportunity in fast-changing environment. ~$50M sales region with international scope.

Minimum requirements:

University Degree in Finance or Accounting. Min. 7 years of experience in FP&A and/or Commercial Finance role with strong business partnering mindset. Proven track record of similar role in multinational organization. Good understanding of fundamental accounting and finance concepts required. Strong communication skills and ownership with respect to performance of business. Fluent in English. Strong team player, willing to operate in changing environment that requires agility and flexibility.
