Job Description
A Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial activities of an organization. They play a crucial role in the planning, monitoring, and controlling of the company's financial resources. The Finance Manager ensures the financial stability and growth of the organization by implementing effective financial strategies and practices.
Responsibilities:
- Should be proficient and have a strong grip on daily accounting operation, booking accounting transactions.
- Manage and supervise the financial operations of the company.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Prepare and manage the company's budget, forecasting financial results and ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
- Well-versed with VAT requirements, VAT return filing & Corporate Tax knowledge.
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting field.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Real Estate experience will be preferred with a UAE driving License.
