The Finance Expert (Leasing & Insurance) is responsible for managing and overseeing the dealership's vehicle leasing and insurance operations. This role involves providing expert financial advice to customers regarding leasing options, insurance products, and aftermarket services. The Finance Expert will also collaborate with finance institutions and insurance companies to secure competitive terms, ensure compliance, and support overall dealership financial objectives.

- Leasing Solutions
- Provide expert guidance on leasing options available to customers, including vehicle leasing terms, conditions, and payment structures.
- Offer tailored leasing plans that best meet the needs of customers, ensuring clarity of terms and transparency.
- Work closely with financial institutions and leasing companies to secure competitive and flexible leasing options for customers.
- Assist customers in understanding the benefits of leasing versus purchasing, offering detailed explanations of the leasing process.
- Insurance Solutions
- Advise customers on various insurance products, including vehicle insurance, extended warranties, GAP insurance, and other aftermarket products.
- Collaborate with insurance companies to ensure competitive and comprehensive insurance offerings for customers.
- Ensure that all insurance contracts are explained thoroughly to customers and that they understand the terms, coverage, and exclusions.
- Assist in managing the insurance claims process, including working with customers to file claims when needed.
- Financial Documentation and Compliance
- Ensure all documentation related to leasing agreements and insurance contracts is accurate, complete, and compliant with UAE regulations.
- Process and maintain records of all customer financial agreements related to leasing and insurance, ensuring compliance with dealership policies and legal requirements.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations related to leasing and insurance, ensuring the dealership remains fully compliant with all laws.
- Customer Service and Relationship Management
- Provide exceptional customer service by thoroughly explaining leasing and insurance options, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, following up to ensure continued satisfaction with leasing and insurance products.
- Handle customer queries or complaints regarding leasing, insurance, or claims efficiently and professionally.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of potential leasing and insurance customers.
- Collaborate with the finance and accounting departments to ensure timely processing of all related transactions and accurate financial reporting.
- Provide ongoing support to the dealership in achieving its financial goals related to leasing and insurance sales.
- Sales and Financial Reporting
- Track and report on leasing and insurance sales performance, contributing to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reviews.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets related to leasing and insurance products.
- Contribute to dealership profitability by promoting leasing and insurance products and maximizing their sales potential.
- Training and Development
- Stay informed on new leasing options, insurance products, and financial services to provide customers with the most up-to-date information.
- Participate in training programs related to new leasing/insurance products, finance regulations, and sales techniques.
Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields (Certification in insurance or leasing is a plus).
- Experience:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the automotive finance industry, with a focus on leasing and insurance products.
- Proven experience in providing customer service and explaining complex financial products in a clear, customer-friendly manner.
- Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of UAE insurance laws, leasing regulations, and automotive financial products.
- Knowledge of leasing structures, terms, and various insurance policies (vehicle, GAP, extended warranties, etc.).
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build customer relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with dealership management software and financial systems.
