Description
Ensure that all statutory and regulatory reporting requirements are metBusiness partner effectively with other departments and with the Board to ensure that the control standards are met Adhere to governance standards and safeguard existing investments Assess the financial risks of potential new investment opportunities and recommend solutions Manage a team to meet the legal and tax requirementsDevelop and update financial and IT procedures to align with the corporate strategy of the companyManage cash flow effectivelyDevelop and train a team of direct and indirect reports
Profile
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance or related; professional Accounting qualification such as ACA, CIMA etc. is a huge advantageExperience in a people management role within a Global Multinational is MUSTExperience in Retail industry or Distributor-led industry is an added advantage
