Your role:


  • Responsible for coordinating and controlling overall implementation and execution of Large and Complex Deals/Customers in MEA countries. This includes obtaining a deep understanding of the customer’s contract with SHS, identifying key contractual terms and the financial impacts, ensuring all contract opportunities are realized and claims are minimized. 
  • Accountable along with the Contract Owner for the profitability of in scope Large & Complex Deals/Customers throughout the lifecycle of a customer contract
  • Accountable for all financial reporting and analysis (e.g. contract/customer profitability, NCC reporting) and business updates related to in scope deals/customers and for driving digitization and automation withing your scope of responsibility.
  • Detailed revenue and profitability analysis of actual Contract implementation vs quote, including by different customers, product lines, assays etc.
  • Coordinating with Sales team and business managers with results of contract analysis and suggesting ways of improvement
  • Partnering and sign-off on large deals T&Cs
  • Process contract adjustments over lifecycle (credit memos, refeeds)
  • Control / remedial actions on contract compliance / CPR efficiency.
  • Change order controlling.
  • Customer satisfaction partnering (credits, returns, debits, charges), managing against expectations.
  • Steer deal execution to target volume and profitability (incl. remedial actions, quality cost controlling)

Your Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance
  • Team player and ability to build relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive and ability to think strategically with high attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of excel and other analytical tools
  • Strong knowledge of SAP
  • Strong understanding of in-vitro diagnostic products and the healthcare industry
  • Fluent in English. Other languages are valued
