Your role:


  • Coordinate and control the implementation and execution of large and complex deals or customer contracts within the Zone / country.
  • Ensure deep understanding of customer contracts, identifying key contractual terms, financial impacts, and ensuring opportunities are realized while minimizing claims.
  • Accountable for the financial performance of large deals throughout their lifecycle, including profitability and non-conformance cost (NCC) reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team during the contract negotiation phase and act as a key point of contact for contract financial matters.
  • Ensure timely offer submission to the customer by reviewing and managing the collation of costs, pricing calculations, and relevant documentation.
  • Serve as the final quality gatekeeper, ensuring pricing, margins, terms, and conditions are correct and pre-approved, adhering to Siemens Healthineers' favorable contract terms.
  • Partner with FI Deal Desk to sign off on large deal terms and conditions.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies such as the Limit of Authority (LoA), Credit Committee, and Financial Risk directives.
  • Conduct internal and external business reviews with relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment on large and complex contracts.
  • Identify risks affecting feasibility and timelines, defining mitigation measures as required.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by managing financial adjustments (credits, returns, debits, etc.) and ensuring expectations are met.
  • Steer deal execution to meet target volume and profitability, taking remedial actions as needed.
  • Manage inventory and capex expectation according to the thresholds defined in large and complex deals with regular follow-ups for capitalization.
  • Ensuring smooth month and quarter end closing process including posting of journal vouchers and warranty accruals etc.
  • Monthly review of SG&A, OCOGS and other KPIs to support Zone team in providing timely forecast to Head Quarters.
  • Supporting in forecasting and budgeted process.
  • Responsible for managing inventory FC in line with MBR instrument planning, capitalization tracking and seed project controlling.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications:


  • Degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Atleast five years proven experience in financial controlling, contract management, or project management for large and complex deals.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with Sales, technical business managers, and project controlling teams during contract negotiations and execution.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and experience in driving digitization and automation of financial processes.
  • Proven experience in contract lifecycle management, including adjustments, compliance, and renewals.
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills, with a focus on managing financial performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with internal policies such as Limit of Authority (LoA), Credit Committee, and Financial Risk directives.
  • Fluent in English, Arabic would be an added advantage.
