Description
Assist in annual planning, coordinating with group companies to prepare a 5-year business plan and 1-year budget, aligning with group requirements and JV partners.Manage data collection, consolidation, and analysis for the business plan, ensuring ERP and Excel-based submissions are accurate and complete.Oversee reporting and forecasting processes, consolidating information to create dashboards, identify performance factors, and explain variances.Coordinate with various functions for ad-hoc reporting, monthly accruals, purchase validation, and ensure the accuracy of financial systems.Support continuous improvement by implementing strategies, policies, and procedures, while ensuring compliance with organisational standards and reporting requirements.
Profile
Bachelor's degree Finance/ Business Administration, or equivalent4 years of relevant working experience in reporting, planning and budgeting or a similar role in Finance.
