As a Finance Assistant, you will support the finance team in preparing financial reports and ensuring accurate financial processes while collaborating with various departments to enhance overall efficiency.

Description
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, including balance sheets and cash flow statements.Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of invoices and payments.Monitor departmental budgets and conduct variance analysis.Maintain accurate financial records through data entry.Assist with internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation.Perform basic financial analyses to provide insights into financial performance.Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and respond to inquiries.


Profile
Recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Upto 2 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.Have strong analytical and numerical skills, with a keen attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and other departments.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated and proactive.
