YOU ARE✅ A finance professional with 2+ years of experience in consulting, or, financial planning, controlling, and reporting.💡 Experienced in financial modeling and/or have superior analytical, critical thinking, and quantitative skills📚 Proficient in using analytics tools such as Looker to drive reporting and analysis, with a focus on supporting business growth, SQL know-how is a plus🔍 Adept at structuring and managing data sources, and developing new business models and scenario plans.🤝 An excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills, capable of working cross-functionally with accounting, operations, and revenue teams.📈 Proven ability to manage legal and regulatory requirements, including data privacy management.📊 Comfortable working in fast-paced environments, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and strategic financial leadership.☁️ Excited to contribute to a mission-driven startup, ideally with experience in fintech or consulting field.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES➡️ FP&A workflows: Build and maintain detailed financial and operational models, perform scenario analyses, and guide the business on strategic decisions. 


➡️ Monitor key performance indicators (financial & operational), highlighting trends and recommending areas for improvement➡️ Analytics: conduct ad-hoc analyses and build financial models to guide leaders towards efficient operating strategies, resource allocation, and investments in growth initiatives. Develop and manage reporting and analytics using Looker, providing actionable insights to support business operations and decision-making across the organization.


➡️ Perform financial month-end close activities, including headcount reconciliations, accruals, journal entries, and budget vs. actuals analysis and reporting


➡️ Owning the Revenue Recognition process, subscription-based and financial revenue, ensuring end-of-the month accuracy and A/R management.➡️ Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining terms and conditions and data privacy & security materials.
