2 YEAR FIXED TERM CONTRACT

Caterpillar has an exciting opportunity for a Finance Analyst where you will be responsible for delivering high quality finance operations support to our Dealers while assisting the development, implementation, and management of a portfolio of financing solutions that drive our Enterprise Strategy. Being responsible for your scope of work, you will receive all the support to be innovative to bring positive change to your work and deliver them at the highest standard.

The Team:

EAME Distribution’s mission is to deliver superior customer experience, profitable market leadership and service growth through industry - best distribution performance. Our 3 strategic priorities are Service growth, Dealer Excellence and Talent & Culture. As the EAME Finance Team, we provide governance and administration of Cat® dealers across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Eurasia.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Perform various finance operational activities, including:

• Support the development of new Financing Programs and renewal of existing ones.

  
  

• Manage monthly drawdown requirements of existing Financing Programs.

  
  

• Support the governance of the existing Programs.

  
  

2) Provide high level operational support to our stakeholders including:

• Administration of Dealer Credits and managing Dealer Requests for Payment

  
  

• Manage dealer invoicing activities such credit limit management, implement payment terms, etc.

  
  

• Provide high quality data reports to management and other stakeholders.

  
  

• Implement Lean projects.

  
  

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• Requires a Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or accounting degree.

  
  

• Minimum two (2) years practical experience

  
  

• Intermediate Microsoft office skills, mainly in Excel and PowerPoint

  
  

• Data Analytical skills

  
  

You will be required to demonstrate the following skills on the job:

• Attention to details and understand the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.

  
  

• Knowledge of effective presentation tools and techniques to ensure clear understanding.

  
  

• Ability to plan and organize both time and resources to get things completed.

  
  

• Ability to work with a diverse workforce within the company and dealer management.
