Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive production support for the Finacle Core Banking System, ensuring seamless operation, swift incident resolution, and effective collaboration with technical and business teams. This role is critical to maintaining the stability, reliability, and performance of our banking operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Incident and Problem Management:
- Monitor and resolve incidents related to the Finacle application within SLAs.
- Analyze root causes of recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
- Work closely with teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
System Monitoring and Maintenance:
- Oversee daily operations of the Finacle platform, including monitoring performance, logs, and alerts.
- Ensure the application and server environments are running smoothly.
- Proactively detect and address performance bottlenecks.
Release and Deployment Support:
- Coordinate and support application upgrades, patches, and deployments.
- Ensure minimal disruption to business processes during releases.
- Conduct impact analysis and regression testing post-deployment.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Liaise with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Work closely with Finacle vendors, database administrators, and infrastructure teams to resolve issues.
Documentation and Compliance:
- Maintain documentation for production support processes, workflows, and incident resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with all IT policies, including security and data protection standards.
