Responsibilities / Performance Measures:
Contract Scope:
Witness the make-up and break-out of NM tubulars.
Inspect the fiberglass pipes before and after the running.
Monitor the chemicals’ expiry dates.
Teflon Tape and TF-15 Lubricant Application.
Have the pipes jointed as per the approved FPI running procedures to meet quality
standards.
Raise issues regarding clause conflicts to provide solutions prior to project execution.
Assist Field Services Manager during the field testing and trials of new products.
Planning and Control of Site Work Activities:
Implement and control site execution to meet schedules on time.
Coordinate activities so outputs meet budget requirements and quality standards.
Documentation & Records:
Have all site reports filled according to the Site Quality Plan.
Ensure all activities are documented at the site to meet company and audit requirements.
Produce periodically field deployments reports for management review.
Provide all required documentation for client’s invoice.
Control of Tools and Equipment/ Asset Inventories:
Ensure all tools are returned in good condition after completion of the assigned project.
Track vehicle usage and schedule regular maintenance for long life performance of the vehicle.
Direction and motivation of subordinates:
Train and motivate employees to perform their duties to the required standards.
Organise and supervise the activities and work of subordinates.
Monitor work performance based on H&S Standards and client requirements.
HSE:
Comply with relevant safety, quality and environmental control procedures and instructions.
Use personal protective equipment and safety gear when performing assigned tasks.
Keep operational areas clean and well organized to prevent incidents and accidents.
Report unsafe acts, incidents, or safety violations.
Develop a safety culture by ensuring all staff comply with HSE policies and procedures.
Participate in QHSE audits, incident reporting and review of QHSE performances as required.
SPAN OF COMMUNICATION:
Internal: Line Managers, R&D, Projects, Market Development, Production and QC Departments.
External: End Users, Contractors, Subcontractors, Third Party Inspectors.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Required Qualifications: Technical Diploma
Preferred Experience:
Minimum 2 to 3 years of Drilling & Workover Services’ operations field experience
Worked as Assistant Driller or Derrickman
Job-Specific Skills:
Strong experience in Drilling and Workover operations and service.
Strong experience in Tubular Running Services (TRS).
Education:
Engineering
