We are looking for a Sales Manager that will be accountable for propelling sales and revenue growth within the organization and executing successful sales strategies, all while prioritizing customer satisfaction and retention. The successful candidate must possess exceptional negotiation skills, a strategic mindset, and an aptitude for creating a collaborative and results-driven atmosphere. The responsibilities of the Sales Manager include, and are not limited to:


  • Position our company as a trusted partner and resource, ensuring that our products/services are top-of-mind for healthcare organizations.
  • Generate leads through targeted sales campaigns and networking with healthcare providers.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within healthcare organizations.
  • Lead sales meetings and negotiations with clients, prioritizing the objective of securing customer satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty.
  • Leverage your extensive expertise in our products/services to confidently and adeptly address client needs and concerns.
  • Understand customers' needs and offer tailored solutions through our insurance claim discounting services. 
  • Prepare and deliver compelling and impactful sales presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs and preferences of prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals with healthcare providers.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Banking, Healthcare, or Tech Industries.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Customer-centric approach with the ability to foster and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Solid technical background and proficiency in CRM software.
  • Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or any related field.
