Overview Of The Role
• Responsible for developing a ‘one window customer management’ approach for independent After Market (IAM) workshops in the region and manage such customers with a holistic Al Futtaim Group viewpoint. • Maintain the smooth and efficient operations of the business with responsibility for achieving the OEM and OES parts, tyres and batteries business objectives for the defined region as well as stakeholder management.
What You Will Do
• Manage the Trade Counter sales team and the IAM workshop relationship, understanding needs and requirements to anticipate potential and enhance stakeholders’ relationship by offering parts.
• Work together with other Team Leaders in other regions, the KAM and other ALAC departments to provide the customers with a wide product and service offering of Al-Futtaim
• Responsible to deliver product / solution to customer while working with Trade Counter team, and reinforce relations by bringing expert advice to discussions and support
• Responsible to deliver parts, tyres and batteries volume, mix and margin by generating new business and expanding current existing business.
• Responsible for the onboarding of new customers
• Prepare regular reports, regular initiatives, and data to showcase progress and forecasts to internal stakeholders. • Assure Customer Complaints are handled properly.
• Manage customer incentive schemes and pay out in cooperation with another department
Required Skills To Be Successful
• High level of selling skills in the context of parts sales to large accounts (B2B)
• Financial & UAE Automotive Parts Market(s) knowledge
• Upselling skills and ability to create value from new products
• Strong negotiation skills, with evident ability to influence customer choices
About The Team

What Equips You For The Role
• Bachelor’s degree preferably Engineering, Automotive or Business Management or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years in B2B Parts Sales
• UAE market knowledge and handled large accounts
