We are seeking a results-driven Field Sales person to join our team at Ideal Power Tools. A leading provider of high-quality power tools. The role offers a basic salary plus a competitive commission structure based on sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Demonstrate product expertise and provide recommendations.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and quotations.
- Close sales deals and meet revenue targets.
- Provide after-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Commission Structure:
- *AED 100,000 – 500,000 sales* → *1% commission*
- *AED 500,000 – 1,000,000 sales* → *1.5% commission*
- *AED 1,000,000 + sales* → *2% commission*
