Job Description

Responsibilities:


1.Technically resolve all field jobs in coordination with customer and technician


2.Review technical filed report and take action to rectify the problem on follow-up jobs


3.Complete coordination with cost control for Preventive service maintenance jobs


4.Administrative jobs for all field jobs including job opening, parts ordering and filling


5.Coordinate with Administrator for job closing and invoicing


6.Report to  workshop manager for day to day activity for all field jobs


7.Coordinate with Product Support Team for all customer service, contacts and quote submitting and approval


8.Submit Reports to Workshop Manager on daily basis for all filed activity


9.All filed Service vehicle used by technicians timely Maintenance and availability to be maintained without any breakdown of spare vehicle


10.All filed technician safety equipment's & tools to be maintained on daily basis


11.All gate passes and documents for the site to be arranged in coordination with customer and concerned department


12.All field jobs of ADH branch coordination to be done with ADH service team and depute technicians accordingly.


Qualification, Skills & Experience:


  1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering 
  2. 5+ years’ experience in heavy Equipment maintenance and prefer his previous experience with dealers. Including at least 2 years in supervision of  technicians 
  3. Strong people leadership skills
  4. Excellent communication skills
  5. Comprehensive computer skills
  6. Valid UAE driving license
