Field Engineer in Dubai, and we're looking for someone who can join our team within the next

What You’ll Do:
Provide technical support both on-site and remotely via phone or email, solving hardware and software issues.
Own and proactively manage user problems from start to resolution.
Log all issues in our call management system and ensure detailed documentation.
Train and assist users on the use of their IT equipment, providing troubleshooting support when needed.
Maintain an organized
IT Asset Register and ensure smooth implementation of IT equipment.
Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365, Windows operating systems, and network printers.
Handle remote desktop connectivity tools, mobile device setups, and basic video conferencing systems.
Work in close collaboration with the client’s IT team to ensure all systems are running efficiently.
Provide hands-on support for network and data center equipment as needed.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of experience in deskside or onsite IT support roles.
Hands-on expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with workstations, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
Knowledge of
Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 7 & 10) and Office troubleshooting.
Basic understanding of networking concepts, printers, and audio/video equipment.
Familiarity with Active Directory for creating and managing user accounts.
Strong communication skills in
English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
Customer-first mindset and a proactive attitude.
Availability to join in 2-3 weeks due to the urgency of the role.
