We have an urgent opening for a Field Engineer in Dubai, and we're looking for someone who can join our team within the next 2-3 weeks. What You’ll Do:- Provide technical support both on-site and remotely via phone or email, solving hardware and software issues.
- Own and proactively manage user problems from start to resolution.
- Log all issues in our call management system and ensure detailed documentation.
- Train and assist users on the use of their IT equipment, providing troubleshooting support when needed.
- Maintain an organized IT Asset Register and ensure smooth implementation of IT equipment.
- Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365, Windows operating systems, and network printers.
- Handle remote desktop connectivity tools, mobile device setups, and basic video conferencing systems.
- Work in close collaboration with the client’s IT team to ensure all systems are running efficiently.
- Provide hands-on support for network and data center equipment as needed.
Requirements What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in deskside or onsite IT support roles.
- Hands-on expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with workstations, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 7 & 10) and Office troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, printers, and audio/video equipment.
- Familiarity with Active Directory for creating and managing user accounts.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
- Customer-first mindset and a proactive attitude.
- Availability to join in 2-3 weeks due to the urgency of the role.
